Provincial House is situated 5 minute walk from West Bar and a 10 minute walk from all city centre amenities and transport. This is not your typical business centre layout. The building dates back about 100 years and at the time was a working presbytery. It is a beautiful building with lots of the old features still apparent. This is a semi serviced centre, and we provide every service except for IT/Telecom as we invite our clients to choose their own provider. We can provide some on site allocated car parking spaces. This centre including car parks is CCTV monitored and patrolled by Group 4 Security. Clients have 24/7 access.
